How to Request Deletion

Please Include

• Your contact phone number used in WhatsApp (if applicable).
• Your request details and any identifiers that help us locate your records.
• Whether you want full deletion or only deletion of messaging-related data.

Processing Timeline

We target completion within 30 days of identity verification. Where legally required, certain records may be retained for a limited period before final deletion.

Result of Deletion

After deletion, related support and messaging history may no longer be recoverable, and some services may stop working until new consent and data are provided.
